Operator and scope

This website is operated by 九江市瑞时光学科技有限公司, a company in China, which also trades as 瑞时光学 / Ruishi Optics. It presents SIHAN camera filters and lens accessories for selected DJI and Insta360 cameras.

These terms describe use of this website. The website provides brand and product content, illustrations and simulated filter effects. It has no forms, accounts, checkout or payment function, and nothing on it places an order.

Purchases in the SIHAN store

Shop ↗, the product links and the camera shortcuts open the SIHAN store at shop.sihanoptics.com in a new tab. Purchases are made there and follow the terms shown in that store. These website terms do not govern store orders.

At the time of this update the store is a private preview: it asks for a password and is not open to the public.

Products, images and effects

The website shows selected products from a wider range. Camera compatibility, filter strength, dimensions, materials, packaging and other specifications must be confirmed for the particular product before ordering. Where compatibility is unconfirmed, please ask us with your camera model.

Some product images have been digitally enhanced from supplier catalogue images and photographs. Fine texture, reflections and colour may differ from the delivered item or its appearance on your screen.

The 3D filter, light studies and exposure demonstration are illustrations computed in your browser and are labelled as simulated effects or illustrations. They show general optical principles. They are not sample photographs or footage, test results or measurements of any product’s performance. Where a light study uses an abstract optical concept device, that device is not a SIHAN product and does not show a product’s shape or specifications.

Wholesale enquiries

Wholesale supply is for businesses that buy products to resell them. Business buyers can enquire by email at support@sihanoptics.com or on WhatsApp. Sections 4 to 6 apply to wholesale enquiries and orders only, not to purchases in the SIHAN store.

An enquiry starts a conversation. An email, a message or our reply does not confirm pricing, stock, delivery or acceptance of an order. Quotes are confirmed in writing before ordering, and a separate agreed supply contract governs an actual order; these website terms do not replace it.

The current wholesale starting point is 100 sets per order in total, with mixed models welcome. Share your proposed mix for confirmation. Custom products may require separate technical and commercial arrangements, which will be discussed before any commitment. Use the agreed product specification and, where arranged, a confirmed sample to assess your requirements.

General descriptions of supply, quality or pricing do not create a fixed production capacity, numerical pass-rate guarantee, guaranteed margin or lowest-price commitment. Specific acceptance criteria and any performance commitments must be agreed in writing.

Provide accurate contact information and only share information you are entitled to share. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents by email or message.

Resale and repackaging

Our wholesale customers purchase products from us and resell them independently through their own business and sales channels.

We allow wholesale customers to repackage products purchased from us for resale, including using their own retail packaging. Product descriptions, specifications and any required safety or compliance information must remain accurate. Customers are responsible for packaging and labelling requirements that apply in their selling market.

Permission to repackage does not grant rights to third-party trademarks or authorise claims of endorsement by a camera brand. Discuss any changes to the product itself as a separate custom requirement.

Commercial arrangements

Before placing a wholesale order, the parties should confirm the relevant details in the written quote or supply agreement, including:

• The product specification, model mix, quantities, quality requirements and any sample approval.
• The price, currency, payment arrangements and any customisation charges.
• Availability, lead times, delivery destination, shipping terms and responsibility for duties or taxes.
• Inspection, defect handling, warranty and return arrangements applicable to that order.

This website does not set a universal delivery deadline, warranty period or return policy for every wholesale order. Applicable mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Website content and third-party brands

Website text, graphics, images and branding are owned by or used with permission from their respective rights holders. You may view and refer to the site for personal browsing and legitimate business enquiries. Commercial reuse of branding or product imagery requires the relevant permission.

DJI, Insta360 and related product names are used to identify compatibility. SIHAN is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by DJI or Insta360. Buying products from us does not grant authority to represent either brand.

Fonts and the three.js library are used under their open-source licences. View the licences.

Acceptable use

Please do not send spam, unlawful material or information that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the site or bypass its security and abuse-prevention measures.

We may restrict abusive requests or access where needed to protect the service and customer information.

Availability, updates and your rights

We aim to keep information useful and the website available, but interruptions or errors can occur. We may correct content and update these website terms; the date above identifies this version.

External services, including the SIHAN store, email and WhatsApp, operate under their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Changes to website content do not by themselves vary an existing agreed supply contract.
