1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by 九江市瑞时光学科技有限公司, a company in China, using the trading name 瑞时光学 / Ruishi Optics. The company is responsible for the customer information handled through this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit:

• Wholesale enquiries: email address, delivery country, product selections, quantities and message. Name, business name and phone / WhatsApp number are optional.
• Wholesale buyer enquiries: email address, delivery country, sales channel and your product or quantity message. Packaging plans, name, business name, phone number, region and business website are optional.
• Follow-up correspondence: information you provide when discussing products, resale or repackaging plans, an order or a privacy request.

The required fields allow us to understand your request and reply. If you prefer not to use a form, you can email us. Please avoid sending payment-card information, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through these enquiry forms.

Our hosting and security services also process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information, to serve and protect the website. Our form protection uses a hashed IP-based identifier and a short-lived submission counter to limit spam.

3. How we use your information

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss product specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery and custom requirements.
• Discuss wholesale sourcing for your resale business, including your repackaging requirements.
• Keep relevant business correspondence and support an agreed supply relationship.
• Protect the website, manage staff access, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, the relevant basis depends on the request and applicable law: taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website, or a legal obligation. If a particular use requires consent, we will request it separately. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.

4. Access and service providers

Enquiries are saved in the website’s database for authorised staff to review and follow up. The customer-enquiry dashboard is restricted to authorised access.

The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, including database storage. Email and, if you choose it, WhatsApp are used for communication. These services may process information needed to provide their functions. Staff sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication; customers do not need a ChatGPT account to send an enquiry.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Sending this form does not make your enquiry public.

External email and WhatsApp links open a separate service. Your use of that service is also subject to its own privacy terms.

5. International handling

The operator is based in China. Information may be accessed by authorised personnel in China and processed by hosting or communication providers in other countries. We do not represent that enquiries are stored only in the country from which you submit them.

Applicable safeguards depend on the service and the laws relevant to the transfer. Contact us if you need more detail about a particular processing location or transfer before submitting information.

6. Retention and security

Enquiry and correspondence records are retained for as long as needed to handle the request, manage a resulting business relationship, resolve disputes or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Relevant factors include whether discussions are active, whether an order results, and whether a legal obligation or dispute requires retention. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for enquiry records.

Expired anti-spam counters are cleared during later form submissions. They are separate from the business enquiry record.

We use encrypted connections on the public website and restrict access to the customer-enquiry dashboard. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including information that is unnecessary for your business request.

7. Cookies and browser features

Visitors and enquiry forms

We have not added advertising pixels or marketing analytics tools to this website. Our hosting or security providers may use cookies or similar features to deliver and protect the site.

Unsubmitted product selections and form entries are held in the current page. Our form code does not save them as a persistent browser draft. Your browser may separately offer autofill or form restoration. Choosing “Copy enquiry” or “Copy email address” writes the requested text to your clipboard.

Staff sign-in

For authorised staff access, we store the staff account identifier and email address. If remembered access is enabled, we also store a hashed access token and its expiry time.

Authentication services may use sign-in cookies. When an authorised staff member chooses “Remember this browser”, the site stores an access cookie for up to 90 days. Staff can remove that remembered access using the dashboard controls. The remembered-browser feature is not required for customers to browse or send enquiries.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking relevant security or authentication cookies may affect protected pages or staff sign-in.

8. Your requests and complaints

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about your enquiry, correct inaccurate information or request deletion. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent for a use based on consent.

Include enough information to locate your enquiry, such as the email address you used and its approximate date or reference number. We may need to verify your identity proportionately before disclosing or changing records. Please do not send an identity document unless we have explained why it is needed and arranged an appropriate method.

We will consider requests under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or an active dispute. If you are concerned about our handling of a request, contact us; you may also have the right to complain to the relevant privacy or data-protection authority.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
