Who is responsible

This website presents SIHAN camera filters and lens accessories. It is operated by 九江市瑞时光学科技有限公司, a company in China, which also trades as 瑞时光学 / Ruishi Optics. The company is responsible for the information handled through this website.

Information we receive

This website is a brand showcase. It has no enquiry form, no customer accounts, no checkout and no payment function. You can browse it without giving us any personal information.

• Email and WhatsApp: if you write to support@sihanoptics.com or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address or phone number, your message and any details you share about products, quantities, delivery, resale or repackaging plans, an order or a privacy request.
• Earlier enquiry forms: earlier versions of this website offered wholesale enquiry forms. If you used one, we may still hold what you submitted: email address, delivery country, product selections, quantities and message, and any optional name, business name, phone / WhatsApp number, sales channel, packaging plans, region or business website. Those forms used a hashed, IP-based identifier and a short-lived submission counter to limit spam; the counters are separate from enquiry records.
• Technical information: our hosting and security services process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information, to serve and protect the website.

Please do not send payment-card information, identity documents or other sensitive personal information by email or message.

How we use your information

• Reply to your message and discuss product specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery and custom requirements.
• Discuss wholesale supply for your resale business, including your repackaging requirements.
• Keep relevant business correspondence and support an agreed supply relationship.
• Protect the website, manage staff access, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Purchases in the SIHAN store

Shop ↗, the product links and the camera shortcuts on this website open the SIHAN store at shop.sihanoptics.com in a new tab. Orders, payment and delivery details are handled there, under the terms and privacy information that the store provides. This website does not receive your payment details or order information.

At the time of this update the store is a private preview: it shows a password page and is not open to the public.

Access and service providers

Enquiries submitted through the earlier forms are kept in the database of the earlier version of this website, hosted by OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure, where only authorised staff can review and follow them up.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. It has no forms, database or sign-in of its own. Email and, if you choose it, WhatsApp are used for communication. These services may process information needed to provide their functions. Staff access to the earlier enquiry records uses ChatGPT authentication on the earlier hosting; visitors do not need any account to browse the site or contact us.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Your messages are not made public.

Email, WhatsApp and the SIHAN store are separate services. Your use of them is also subject to their own privacy terms.

International handling

The operator is based in China. Information may be accessed by authorised personnel in China and processed by hosting or communication providers in other countries. We do not represent that information is stored only in the country from which you contact us.

Applicable safeguards depend on the service and the laws relevant to the transfer. Contact us if you need more detail about a particular processing location or transfer before sending us information.

Retention and security

Enquiry and correspondence records are retained for as long as needed to handle the request, manage a resulting business relationship, resolve disputes or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Relevant factors include whether discussions are active, whether an order results, and whether a legal obligation or dispute requires retention. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for enquiry records.

We use encrypted connections on the public website and restrict access to the earlier enquiry records to authorised staff. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including information that is unnecessary for your request.

Cookies and browser storage

Visitors

We have not added advertising pixels, marketing analytics or third-party trackers to this website. Its fonts and scripts are served from this website itself.

• No saved preferences. The home page has no sound control and saves no settings in your browser. An earlier version stored a sound preference in local storage under the name sihan-sound; if your browser still holds it, the home page deletes it when it loads.
• Interactive pieces. The filter demonstrations, the exposure demonstration and the product gallery run in your browser and follow your scrolling. They keep their state only while the page is open and do not send what you do to us.
• Hosting and security. Our hosting or security providers may use cookies or similar features to deliver and protect the site, for example a short-lived Cloudflare security cookie (__cf_bm).

Staff sign-in

This website has no staff sign-in. Authorised staff review the earlier enquiry records on the earlier hosting, where we store the staff account identifier and email address and, if remembered access is enabled, a hashed access token and its expiry time.

There, authentication services may use sign-in cookies, and when an authorised staff member chooses “Remember this browser”, one cookie, __Host-sihan_admin, is set on that staff browser for up to 90 days. It holds a random access token, of which the database keeps only a hash; it is sent only over secure connections and cannot be read by page scripts. Staff can remove remembered access using the dashboard controls or by signing out. This cookie is never set on sihanoptics.com and is not needed to browse the site.

You can manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking security cookies may affect how the site loads.

Your requests and complaints

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or your enquiry, correct inaccurate information or request deletion. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent for a use based on consent.

Include enough information to locate your enquiry, such as the email address you used and its approximate date or reference number. We may need to verify your identity proportionately before disclosing or changing records. Please do not send an identity document unless we have explained why it is needed and arranged an appropriate method.

We will consider requests under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or an active dispute. If you are concerned about our handling of a request, contact us; you may also have the right to complain to the relevant privacy or data-protection authority.
